One More Pull

Alldez meant one more enemy group. Onno counted differently.

KABLOOEY Episode 001 One More Pull. Alldez says one more pull; Onno finds ore, opens a cave full of glowing-eyed monsters, and explains that he pulled one cave. Brixie's Gnomish Linguistics Department defines one as an experimental unit of measurement.

AFTER THE KABLOOEY

The explanation was technically an explanation.

The joke

Alldez's “one more pull” means one more enemy group before they stop. Onno sees an ore vein, follows it into a cave, and accidentally brings back considerably more adventure than requested.

Alldez: “HOW MANY DID YE PULL?!”
Onno: “One. One cave.”

Gnomish Linguistics Department

Brixie's clarification is deliberately part of the comic itself:

One (noun): an experimental unit of measurement. Actual quantity may exceed expectations. Common usage: “One more pull.” Gnomish translation: “Possibly everything in the cave.”

Language matters. So do friends.

Story boundary: This is original fictional guild storytelling based on established character personalities. It is not a report of a real dungeon run, loot result or combat event.
